- Emeralds, Diamonds, 18 karat white gold
Comprising: a necklace set with fifteen graduated sugarloaf emeralds, embellished with rose- and circular-cut diamonds; pair of pendent earrings, bracelet and ring; the sugarloaf emeralds and diamonds weighing approximately 611.95 and 30.20 carats in total respectively; mounted in 18 karat white, yellow and blackened gold, necklace and bracelet length approximately 450mm and 165mm respectively. Ring size: 3 (4)
Condition
Accompanied by four Carat Gem Lab reports numbered CGL04177, CGL04709, CGL04710 and CGL04708, stating that the sugarloaf emeralds weighing 611.95 carats in total are of Colombian origin, with indications of minor clarity enhancement. Please refer to the reports for further details.
All pieces signed MY, with maker's marks, and stamped 750 for 18 karat white, blackened and yellow gold. The inner side of the backing for the sugarloaf emeralds is in yellow gold which is not visible externally. Necklace inscribed E42645, E153, D1093 and D225; bracelet inscribed E125, D158, E5160 and D639; pendent earrings inscribed E088, E6456, D057 and D466; and ring inscribed D280, D104. E116 and E6934; all referring to the total weight of the emeralds and diamonds.
Sugarloaf emeralds green of medium light saturation and circular-cut emeralds green of medium light to medium saturation, all with typical inclusions and some are surface reaching, minor nicks and tiny chips, and a few smaller emeralds with tiny cavities. Rose-cut diamonds are mainly about G-H (some I) colour; circular-cut diamonds are mainly about I-J (some L-M) colour; all diamonds are mainly VS-SI (some I) clarity; as graded in the mounting. Signs of normal wear to the metal, ring with sizing beads, in good condition.
