Each collet-set with oval rubies and decorated with scroll and wavy motifs pavé-set with brilliant-cut diamonds, inner circumferences approximately 285mm and 300mm, expandable, signed Marina B, French assay and maker's marks.

Condition

Rubies of Burmese origin cannot be imported into the US. This piece contains rubies of Burmese origin and therefore cannot be imported into the US. Please contact the jewellery department for further information or see our Important Notices. Accompanied by Laboratoire Français de Gemmologie report no. 169040, dated 28 July 2005, stating that the fourteen rubies are of Burmese origin, with no indication of thermal enhancement. One signed Marina B, numbered 111-251, French maker's mark, stamped Or 750 for 18 carat gold,. The other signed Marina B and MB, partial French maker's mark, French assay marks and stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. Rubies well matched in colour, purplish red of medium strong saturation, weighing 2.56, 2.56, 2.73, 2.78, 2.91, 3.10, 3.22, 3.43, 3.51, 3.52, 4.27, 4.59, 4.70, 5.10 carats, with typical surface reaching inclusions, semi-transparent; for further details on the stone, please refer to the gemmological report. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 24.00 - 30.00 carats, on average G-H colour, VS-SI clarity, as gauged and graded in the mounting. Signs of normal wear to the metal. In very good condition. Total gross weight approximately 252 grams.
