Of cinquefoil shape, decorated with foliate and floral motifs set with cabochon rubies, circular-cut and baguette diamonds, opening to reveal a mirror and a powder compartment in yellow gold with a guilloché pattern, the back similarly engraved with guilloché and circular motifs, measurements approximately 80 x 80mm, signed Bulgari, gross weight approximately 191 grams, fitted pouch.
Condition
Rubies of Burmese origin cannot be imported into the US. This piece may contain rubies of Burmese origin and therefore may not be able to be imported into the US. Signed Bulgari. Rubies red of medium strong saturation, well matched in colour, with typical inclusions, some surface reaching, minor scratches and abrasions. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 5.00 - 6.00 carats, bright and lively. Mirror in good condition. Signs of normal wear to the the metal consistent with use. In very good condition. Gross weight approximately 191 grams.
