Of geometric design, each set with brilliant-, square-cut and baguette diamonds, each signed Marina B, numbered, dated, French assay and maker's marks.
Condition
Each ear clip signed Marina B and MB, numbered W1894, inscribed FRANCE and dated 1988. French maker's mark. French assay mark and stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 9.00 - 11.00 carats, on average G-H colour, VS-SI clarity, as gauged and graded in the mountings. Signs of normal wear to the metal. In very good condition. Total gross weight approximately 42 grams.

The ear clips offered here were part of the collection of Madame Hélène Rochas. She married the French perfumer and fashion designer Marcel Rochas. In 1955, after her husband's death, she took over the company and the House created mythic fragrances like 'Madame Rochas', 'Femme' and 'Eau de Rochas'. Hélène Rochas, known for her remarkable beauty, was one of the most elegant women of her generation and recognised for her refined taste.
