Italian maker's mark for Bulgari. Italian assay mark for 18 carat gold. Inscribed 7.41 ct, referring to the carat weight of the sapphire. Sapphire weighing 7.40 carats and measuring approximately 12.21 x 11.61 x 5.41mm, blue of medium strong saturation, with some typical inclusions, a few surface reaching, minor scratches and abrasions. Smaller sapphires well matched in colour, in overall good condition. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately less than 2.00 carats, bright and lively. Signs of normal wear to the metal consistent with use. In very good condition. Gross weight approximately 14 grams.
