Composed of two rows of graduated natural pearls measuring from approximately 3.55 to 7.90mm, one cultured pearl and one imitation pearl, shortest length approximately 445mm.
Provenance
Mrs Kathleen Zervudachi Venizelos (1897-1983), wife of prominent Greek politician Sophoklis Venizelos who served as Prime Minister of Greece three times, in 1944, 1950 and 1951. Sophoklis was the second son of Eleftherios Venizelos, one of Greece's leading statesmen, leader of the Liberal Party, Prime Minister twice between 1910 and 1933, and considered the founder of modern Greece.

Condition
Accompanied by SSEF report no. 85954, stating that one hundred and forty-two pearls measuring from approximately 3.55 to 7.90mm were found to be natural, saltwater, one was found to be cultured and one is a pearl imitation.
Stamped 14K for 14 carat gold. Pearls of white to cream body colour, partly with rosé and green overtones, with good skin, orient and lustre, some with growth marks and blemishes. For further details on the pearls, please refer to the SSEF report. Gem set clasp secure, safety chain. Gross weight approximately 34 grams.
