Set with a cushion-shaped sapphire weighing 3.85 carats, the mount of geometric design pavé-set with circular-, single-, square-cut and baguette diamonds, size 541/2, signed Cartier, partial French maker's mark, box stamped Cartier.

Condition

Accompanied by Gübelin report no. 9607076, dated 23 July 1996, stating that the cushion-shaped sapphire weighing 3.85 carats and measuring 10.32 x 8.91 x 4.53mm is of Burmese origin, with no indications of thermal treatment. Please note that the certificate is dated 1996 and might require an update. Partial French maker's mark, stamped PLAT for platinum. Sapphire blue of medium strong saturation, with typical inclusions and minor abrasions visible under 10 x magnification; for further details on the sapphire, please refer to the Gübelin report. Diamonds bright and lively, nicks and abrasions, chips; one baguette diamond broken. Signs of normal wear to the metal. In good condition. Gross weight approximately 18 grams. Box stamped Cartier.
