The central panel set with one carved emerald leaf, one cabochon ruby, one mabé pearl measuring approximately 18.0 mm and one square cushion-cut sapphire weighing approximately 13.00 carats, accented by old mine, rose, and single-cut diamonds weighing approximately 1.90 carats, flanked by five strands of 83 cultured pearls measuring approximately 7.5 to 5.8 mm, the floral clasp accented by three cabochon rubies, old mine and single-cut diamonds, length 6⅜ inches, signed Seaman Schepps; circa 1945.
Condition
In good condition. Composed of one carved emerald leaf measuring approximately 19.0 x 17.0 mm, displaying a medium bluish green color and heavily included. One flattened cabochon ruby measuring approximately 19.0 x 17.0 mm, displaying a medium-deep purplish red color and heavily included, with several cracks throughout. The faceted sapphire ranging from a medium to medium-light violetish blue and slightly included. The mabé pearl displaying a silvery white body color with strong rose overtones, good luster and minor blemishing. The cultured pearls ranging from a silvery white to cream body color with moderate rose, green and blue overtones, fair to good luster and blemishing evident mainly in the form of pitting. The diamonds are approximately G-J color, predominantly VS-SI clarity. Fitted with a safety chain. Signature very slightly rubbed.
