The work is in good condition overall. There is evidence of minor wear and handling around the edges of the work. Any inconsistency is inherent to the medium and the artist's working method. Examination under ultraviolet light shows light touch ups sprinkled predominantly on the top left quadrant (the sky), the area above and beneath the boats and along the bottom registered (the sea). However, this is not visible with the naked eyes. Framed.
