Structurally sound. There is light surface dirt to the piece, with areas most notable to the figure's right cheek and to the right of his nose. The surface of the patina is slightly uneven in places, with some small spots of oxidisation. There are areas of rubbing to the surface, most notably to the figure's forehead. Subject to the above the piece is in very good overall condition. The sculpture is freestanding.
