Condition

The sheet appears sound. The sheet is attached to the mount at the upper right and upper left corners but is not laid down. There is a very small loss to the centre of the upper edge and a very small tear to the right part of the extreme upper edge, not visible when framed. There is a very small scuff to the lower figure's right thigh, and a further extremely small scuff to the upper figure's right shoulder. The sheet is slightly time stained and there is some very light surface dirt in places. Subject to the above, the work appears to be in overall excellent condition. The work is presented in a wooden frame and held under glass. Please telephone the department on +44 (0) 207 293 6424 if you have any questions regarding the present work.
