the border with gilt laurel wreath between two gold bands, the cavetto painted with rose specimen after P.J. Redouté titled 'Rosier unique', the reverse with gilt inscription 'Archangelski 1826' and incised factory mark

Excellent condition, with very light and small scratches to the gilding throughout.
