Condition
Overall very good original condition. The glass throughout is in very good condition. The glass displays vivid and brilliant rose tone to the outer frame which even more saturated when viewed first hand. The mirrored elements with some minute imperfections inherent in the making, a few scattered shallow surface scratches, minor discolorations and some surface dirt. The mirror retains all the brass fasteners. The brass showing light discoloration consistent with the natural aging process, minor rubbing and light scratches. The catalogue illustration for this lot was taken at a slight angle and the piece is symmetrical in shape. A wonderful rare work showing the technical artistry and unique aesthetic of the firm.
