Excellent condition for an object of this type and age, with the original basketry cap preserved. Marks nicks scratches and abrasions throughout. Tip of proper right horn is broken and glued. Basketry and fibers are dry and fragile with some breaks and fraying. Old adhesive applied to a break in basketry below proper right front foot of antelope, now crumbling. Very fine crusty smoke-blackened patina, glossy in places.
