Le 1er à 4 compartiments en laque takamakie et incrustations d’ivoires d’un homme de cour assis et danseur shojo signé Mitsumasa Saku, netsuke manju en masque de buraku ; le 2nd à 1 compartiment à décor en takamakie d’un buffle allongé et d'un enfant endormi, netsuke en forme de concombre de mer, signé Katsuyoshi(?), le 3e à 4 compartiments en takamakie et incrustations d’ivoire d’un danseur sambaso signé Kakyosai, netsuke manju en ivoire et incrustations d’un prunier sous la lune ; le 4e à 4 compartiments en takamakie et incrustations d’ivoire d’un épisode d’Ise signé Kakyosai ; le 5e à 4 compartiments en takamakie de Jo et Uba contemplant une tortue minogame, signé Hasegawa Shigeyoshi Saku et cachet en forme d’urne Shigeyoshi, netsuke en ivoire de Fukurokujiu avec un karako (5)
Condition
There is very light wear to the gilding and to the lacquer, with light scratches. There is wear to the inner rims. There are very tiny nicks on the edges. There is a loss of mother-of-pearl inlay on the netsuke of the third inro. The fifth inro with a broken thread (visible in the catalogue illustration).
