Description
- brass and silver
of squat-globular form, part of rim protruding in triangular form towards one point, the body engraved throughout with band of chasing quadrupeds between flowerhead motifs near rim, hunters on horseback and on foot below with silver-overlaid details
Condition
In good overall condition, the interior oxidised and discolored with hold circular break to centre of base with associated restoration, patches of erosion, one small section to side with traces of verdigris, exterior rubbed with resulting losses to silver overlay and some discoloration due to oxidisation, minor dents associated with age and use, as viewed.
