the long tailed parrot perched on a forked branch decorated with flowers, some of them in relief, with translucent green and red enamel body on a feather-like etched ground, faceted red-stone collar and border of diamonds around wings, beak with lotus blossom and gold chain stopper
Condition
In good overall condition, a minor scratch to the enamelled on the right wing, there is a minor loss to the enamel on the tail and minor retouching on the crest, otherwise the enamel in good condition and very bright, minor losses to gilt of the upper side of the faceted gem-set border of a wing, as viewed.
