Description

decorated in underglaze green, blue, relief red and black outlines, featuring a standing figure between tall floral stems, rim with band of stylised flowerheads and leaves, ground with light green tinge, reverse with stylised motifs, drill hole to foot

Condition

Broken and restored with some associated overpainting (for example to one side of headdress of figure, some pitting throughout, notably visible on underside, the rim with abrasion and further abrasion to footring, including crack where previous two drill holes would have been, hairline scratches in glaze, centre of dish with chip, as viewed.
