Description
- Gilt-bronze, marble
- 129cm. high, 39.5cm. wide, 39.5cm. deep; 4ft. 2¾in., 1ft. 3½in., 1ft. 3½in.
each with a square marble shelf over a finely cast capitol with masks, on a square stepped plinth bases, one signed 'Henry Dasson 1882'

Condition
In very good condition and of high quality. Gilding tarnished in places, particularly on bases, as to be expected. Small chips to the marble edges of square top and base.

Henry Dasson (1825-1896) specialised in the reproduction of high quality 18th century furniture. His work, distinguished by the elevated standard of the gilt-bronze mounts and choice veneers, was frequently featured at the Paris Expositions between the 1870s and 1895.
