- Porcelain
- the tray, 43cm., 17in. wide
painted with vignettes of figures in landscapes, flanked by ornate gilded foliate scrollwork borders, comprising; a tray, a coffee pot and cover, a sugar bowl and cover, a milk jug, and two coffee cups and saucers, crossed swords marks in underglaze-blue, various impressed numerals, gilded numeral 10., the tray with incised No. 8 mark
Condition
Tray- small shallow chip to the rim. Minor wear to the gilding.
Coffee pot and cover- minor restoration to one leaf on cover.
Sugar bowl and cover- very minor nicks to flower finial.
Milk jug- good condition.
Two coffee cups and saucers- one cup with some light staining to the interior, but otherwise in good condition.
