Overall the condition of the bronze is good. There is some minor wear to the surface consistent with age. The bronze was cast in sections and a joint is slightly visible where the lower left leg meets the edge of the dress. There is a minor area of oxidation here. Another joint is visible at the proper left upper arm where there is also some greening. There is minor rubbing to the patina at some of the high points. There are minor scratches to the surface including to the back. There are some inclusions to the base, notably to the reverse. The marble base is in good condition with some minor chips to the edges and high points, and some veining consistent with the material.
