This is a very attractive suite of seat furniture. There are losses to the re-gilt surface/gilding at extremities and raised details revealing white gesso - this is typical wear and will require retouching, subject to taste. There are old marks and scratches to surface and carved detail. Some ingrained dirt. The silk damask is lovely quality and has been done very well and is in good order although there is a small stain to one long seat cushion of a settee. Some feet with applied felt pads to the underside.
