Condition
The Water Jet: The canvas is relined and the picture surface is very clean. There are minor retouchings to the background. There are three vertical marks running through the painting.
The Fountain: There is one vertical mark running through the painting. Inspection under ultra violet light reveals a restored damage along the lower left edge of the painting.
In both paintings, inspection under ultra violet light reveals a layer of varnish as well as retouchings scattered throughout both of the canvases. Overall, the paintings are in stable and good condition. Offered in carved gilded wood frames in very good condition.
