the compressed globular body rising from a short foot to an everted rim, set with a pair of lion mask handles at the shoulder and covered overall in a rich aubergine glaze; together with a smaller censer and a 'mountain peak' brushrest, both similarly glazed

Condition
The smaller censer with chips to the foot, frits to the rim. The brushrest with minor restoration to the tips. The large censer with an area of restoration all around the inner rim (approx. 2.5 cm wide) and on the faces of the two lion handles, along with frits to the foot. All have slight surface scratches and burst bubbles.
