Condition
The canvas is not lined. Examination under UV light shows no evidence of retouching. There is an horizontal surface mark which runs form the left edge to the centre of the composition directly beneath the eye. There is some minor frame-rubbing along the edges with associated flecks of paint loss notably towards the upper right corner. This work is in overall very good condition.
