Circle of Gandolfi- Laid down. There is a small tear at the lower left corner and there is also a repaired tear running along the lower left margin. On both left and right margins there are losses and small holes that have been made up. The sheet has suffered somewhat however the red chalk remains strong despite the condition issues. Sold in a simple gilt frame.
After Giuseppe-Maria Crespi- Hinged to the mount at the right margin. There are slight creases at all four corners of the sheet due to sheet being previously laid down. Some light staining around the edges of the sheet. A small stain located at the upper margin, above the priest head. Medium remains strong.
Sold in a plain gilt frame.
French School, 19th century- Hinged to the mount at the upper margin. Light scattered foxing throughout the sheet. Black staining on the verso which is slightly visible on the recto. Pen and ink remains strong.
Sold in a simple gilt frame.
