Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the paper tone is slightly lighter in the original. Condition: This work is in very good and original condition. The sheet is hinged verso to the mount and undulates. All collaged elements are stable. The adhesive has discoloured over time in places, which is in keeping with the material's natural ageing process. The ink has discoloured slightly over time in places. There are stains and handling creases throughout which are all possibly inherent to the artist's working process.
