Condition
(i) Executed on a double page from a notebook, on cream graph paper, not laid down, hinged to the mount with tape along the upper edge. There is a small sketch of a steamboat on pencil on the second page. There are paper losses in the fold associated with the removal from the notebook. There are pinholes to the upper right and left corners, to the lower left corner and the centre of the lower edge. There is a small tear (approx 0.2cm) with an associated tiny nick and a crease (approx 0.5 cm) towards the upper left corner (not visible when framed) and a few further nicks to the extreme edges. The sheet is slightly light stained. This work is in good original condition. (ii) Executed on graph cream paper from a notebook, not laid down, hinged to the mount with tape along the upper edge. The work is recto verso. There is a paper loss to the upper left corner, possibly original. There are pinholes to all four corners. The left edge is slightly scuffed associated with the removal from the notebook. There is a small tear (approx 0.3 cm) to the upper part of the right edge and a few faint creases to the lower right corner. The sheet is slightly light stained and there are a few minor scattered spots of foxing. This work is in good condition. Additional images are available to the department upon requests.
