Overall very good condition. The favrile glass shade is masterfully executed with a dense wave decoration and rich iridescence. With remitted light the shade displays bright green and yellow hues; with reflected light the shade displays vibrant green tones with blue accents. The glass with some air bubbles and minute particulate inclusions inherent in the making and not visually detractive. The upper shade aperture with some expected fleabites around the circumference, consistent with age and gentle handling. The upper aperture with two small chips, one measuring approximately ¼ inch wide, the other approximately 1/8 inch wide, not visible when the shade is installed. The glass surfaces with some occasional light surface scratches and with some concentrated surface scratches around the top collar of the shade where it is installed into the base. The bronze surfaces present with a rich russet brown patina. The harp structure with some areas of wear and associated minor losses to the patina, not visually detractive. With a period socket. A very nice example of the form with a beautifully executed shade.
