Overall very good condition. The shade with approximately 4 cracks to the glass tiles dispersed throughout. All of these hairlines appear stable. The shade with very light surface soiling to the adjacent contours of the shade leading. The “Mushroom” base presents with a rich green and russet brown patina. The patinated bronze surfaces with some light surface soiling to the recessed contours and with some occasional minor areas of wear. The widest part of the base standard with a minor irregularity in the casting measuring approximately 3/4 inch long, inherent in the making and not visually detracting. The upper portion of the base cushion and socket cluster appear to have been enhanced with green paint at some point in the history of the piece. All three sockets and paddle switches appear to be original and undisturbed. With a period Tiffany finial with threaded pin. A particularly beautiful example of the model displaying an artistic and well-varied glass selection. The tulips are thoughtfully articulated in vibrant tones of red, pink, orange and yellow, and the glass shows far greater artistic nuance when viewed in person than can be seen in the catalogue illustrations.
