Italian maker's mark. Stamped 18K and 750 for 18 carat gold, mounted in yellow gold. Sapphires and emeralds well matched in colour, blue of strong saturation and green of medium strong saturation, with typical inclusions, scratches, abrasions and nicks. Diamonds bright and lively. Minor signs of wear to the metal. Clasp secure, safety catch. In very good condition. Gross weight approximately 66 grams. Case stamped Fasano.
