The brooch with French maker's marks for J. Bondt, 19 Rue Choiseul, 75002 Paris. French assay marks for gold. Each ear clip with Austrian assay marks and stamped 585 for 14 carat gold, inscribed KA. Emerald measuring approximately 14.00 x 17.75 x 9.20mm, green of medium saturation, translucent, with typical surface-reaching inclusions, minor scratches and abrasions. Jade cabochons in good condition, translucent, with typical inclusions. Coral well matched in colour, orange, in overall good condition, with small scratches. Rubies well matched in colour, purplish red and red of medium strong saturation, with abrasions and small scratches. Onyx in overall good condition. Diamonds bright and lively. Little signs of wear to the metal. Clasp secure on the brooch, sliding safety catch. In very good condition. Measurements approximately 48 x 38 x 15mm for the brooch, approximately 24 x 20 x 16mm for each ear clip. Total gross weight approximately 38 grams.
