Of giardinetto design, set with cabochon rubies to a pierced marquise, baguette, square and circular-cut diamond base.

Condition

Accompanied by GCS, report no. 77114-02, stating that the rubies are natural, of Burmese (Myanmar) origin, with no indications of heating. Rubies are mid-red, transparent-translucent, numerous typical inclusions visible to the naked eye, several are surface reaching and causing durability issues. Rubies with chips and nicks, surface scratches and some with prominent surface fractures running along stones. Diamonds are bright and lively, estimated clarity SI on average. Estimated colour I-J . Estimated total diamond weight approximately 4.50-5.00 carats. Some of the diamonds with chips and small nicks. Metal with normal signs of wear, such as scratching and small dents. Solder lines with some discoloration. Some light yellow discoloration to reverse. Some solder visible to one corner to reverse. Brooch fitting with some play, closes securely. Overall condition good.
