Accompanied by GCS, report no.78122-90, stating that the sapphire is natural, with no indications of heating, origin opinion Myanmar (Burma). Measuring approximately 9.3 x 8.1 x 6.0mm, calculated to weigh approximately 3.70 carats. Sapphire mid blue, good saturation, with typical inclusions visible to the naked eye, one small patch of silk under crown towards girdle, some areas of very minor chipping to facet edges. Diamonds bright and lively, estimated total diamond weight approximately 0.90 - 1.20 carats. Light scratches to surfaces consistent with wear. In good condition. Case stamped G.E Patch.
