Of Indo-Persian design, the reeded case applied with foliate motifs in black enamel, inlaid with polished onyxes and citrines, accented with rose diamonds and an onyx thumbpiece, opening to reveal a mirror, lipstick holder and two compartments, length approximately 93 x 42mm, signed Cartier, numbered, gross weight approximately 167 grams.

Condition

Signed Cartier and 14k for 14 carat gold and numbered 1321 to inside of front rim. Polished onyx and citrines with some light surface wear and scratches. Diamonds are bright and lively. Small areas of wear and some chips and flaking to the two black enamel motifs on the base of the case near the edges. Minor abrasions to metal commensurate with age and wear. Total weight approximatel6y 167 grams. Overall condition good.
