Description

Each claw-set with a step-cut emerald weighing 4.85 and 5.01 carats respectively, within a frame of brilliant-cut and marquise-shaped diamonds, clip and post fittings.
Condition
Accompanied by Gubelin report no. 17040040 and 17040039, both dated 13th April 2017, stating that both emeralds are of Colombian origin, with evidence of minor clarity enhancement, measuring approximately 12.18 x 10.03 x 6.03mm and weighing approximately 5.01 carats, and measuring approximately 12.16 x 10.13 x 5.90mm and weighing approximately 4.85 carats.
Emeralds are mid-green, good transparency, with typical inclusions visible to the naked eye, numerous inclusions are surface reaching, numerous chips to facets and pavilion, chips to girdle. Diamonds are bright and lively, estimated total diamond weight approximately 3.50 carats, average estimated clarity SI, colour difficult to gauge due to mount. Light scratches to metal mount. In good condition.
