Description

Of flower design set with cushion-shaped diamonds and calibré-cut rubies, French assay and maker's mark.
Condition
Stamped with French assay marks for 18 carat gold and platinum to side of setting. Partial maker's mark for R. Dubois to other side of setting. Underside of clasp stamped SSM. Estimated total diamond weight approximately 9.00 - 11.00 carats. Principal four diamonds estimated to be approximately K-L colour, SI clarity on average. Rubies purplish-red, transparent, with typical inclusions visible under magnification, some surface-reaching, some areas of minor chipping and wear to facet edges. Brooch pin secure. Light scratches to stone and metal surfaces consistent with wear. In good condition. Overall dimensions approximately 42 x 34mm.
