Description
Château Bahans Haut Brion 2003
Pessac-Léognan (Graves)
48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc. No new oak. A nose of 'glühwein' and wet earth, 'Burgundian' richness and vanillin. A lovely, soft, cocoa and plums taste, with Cabernet Franc fragrance. Liquorice, vanilla pod and sweetness. A perfectly delicious wine that can be drunk from now in 2013. We drank it slightly cool, which is how I like it. Silky smooth. Serena Sutcliffe, MW WA 92
