Overall, the condition of the wood is good with minor wear to the surface consistent with age. There are losses and craquelure to the paint throughout. The sculpture is composed in sections with stable joins visible, including to the proper right shoulder and the neck. The proper left big toe is reattached. There are losses to three of the proper left fingers. There is stable splitting of the wood consistent with the material, in particular to the back. There are a few metal pins to the sculpture at the back.
