the deep rounded sides rising from a short splayed foot to a slightly inverted rim, covered overall with a lustrous black glaze suffused with extensive irregular metallic russet spots, the glaze thinning at the rim and falling short of the foot to reveal the gray stoneware body
Condition
There are some flake chips to the foot, the largest measuring approx. 1.5 cm. Some expected wear to the surface and minor firing imperfections. The surface has been cleaned and polished.
