the pear-shaped body rising to a tall slender neck and lipped rim, incised with a writhing dragon, its barbed tail coiling around the neck, in pursuit of a 'flaming pearl', covered overall with a pale bluish-green slip pooling into the carving and a semi-opaque white glaze

Condition

The vase is in good overall condition. There is a tiny glaze pull and a minute shallow glaze chip just above the foot.
