Overall in good condition. The wood surfaces have been revarnished at some point in the history of the pieces and present with some surface scratches, edge abrasions, traces of aging to the veneer, sun fading and a few areas of discoloration consistent with age and use. The decorative frieze around the seat with some minor expected dents. The bronze with some surface scratches, minor abrasions, a few discoloration and rubbing consistent with age and use. The armchairs have been recently reupholstered in white muslin and the upholstery is in very good condition with minor surface soiling consistent with gentle use. A lovely set of sculptural armchairs from the Normandie.
