Overall the sofa presents well in our opinion. The surfaces of the frame have been cleaned and applied with a light varnish. There is a minor glued crack through the grain to the outside edge of the true right back leg where it connects to the seat rail - however this crack is stable and secure. The seat and back are professionally reupholstered with velvet fabric. The sofa retains a firm structure.
