Overall in very good condition. The favrile glass “Tulip” shades are well-matched pair and present with rich and soft scalloped ruffled apertures. The shades with air bubbles and minute particulate inclusions inherent in the making and light surface scratches consistent with age and gentle handling. Both shades with minute flecks to the top aperture, not visible when the shades are installed. The bronze mounts are in good overall condition with light surface scratches, surface soiling to the recessed areas, and minor areas of discoloration and oxidation consistent with age and gentle handling. The circumference of each mount with traces of white house paint. The twisted wire decoration around one mount with a small area of rubbing. A wonderful iridescent pair of sconces.
