Overall in very good condition. The shade with approximately 9 cracks throughout, all stable. The shade with light surface soiling to the glass and adjacent borders of the shade leading throughout, consistent with age and gentle handling. The shade does not appear to have any replaced glass tiles and the leading throughout appears undisturbed. When viewed in person, the green tiles of the shade are slightly less blue and more yellow than in the catalogue illustration; the coloration of the shade overall is slightly more vibrant. The base displays with a rich russet brown and green patina with light surface scratches, minor abrasions, a few scattered minor areas of discoloration and oxidation, and light surface soiling consistent with age and gentle handling. The sockets are later replacements. With period finial that is slightly dented and the knob therefore presents slightly misaligned. A wonderful geometric shade pattern paired with a finely detailed junior floor base.
