Overall in very good original condition. The flowers present with a deep ruby color when viewed in person, richer and brighter than in the catalogue illustration. The glass with a few minor air bubbles and particulate inclusions inherent in the making and not at all visually distracting. The surfaces with a few light surface scratches consistent with age and gentle handling, with a few concentrated surface scratches around the upper perimeter of the base, from contact with the mount. The mount with a few minor inherent irregularities in the metal, areas of discoloration, light surface scratches and scattered minor abrasions consistent with age and gentle handling. The shade and base are consistent in color and the lamp can be illuminated both on the interior of the base and shade. Please note that the lamp is currently lacking its electrical wire and needs to be electrified. A very nice example of Galle’s workshop production, in very good condition.
