Condition

Overall in good condition. The shagreen top has been restored throughout and presents with a few hairlines through the top, some of them visible in the detail illustration on page 81 of the printed catalogue. The color of the shagreen is slightly uneven, consistent with age and restoration. The wood base has been refinished and presents with a few very light surface scratches consistent with age and gentle use. The edge of the top with a few localized hairline cracks, only visible upon close inspection. A highly sculptural table with elegant lines and a great presence.
