Overall in very good original condition. The surfaces presents with a few very shallow surface scratches consistent with age and gentle handling. The gilding with a few small areas of rubbing consistent with gentle handling. Overall a small and very nice example of Dunand's lacquer work with a dynamic, luminous decorative pattern.
