Condition
Overall in good condition. The wood surfaces have been refinished at some point in the history of the pieces and present with a few surface scratches, minor abrasions and light surface soiling consistent with age and gentle use. The proper right front foot of one of the armchairs with a replaced rectangular element along the back edge, not visually distracting. The proper left back foot of one of the armchairs with a missing rectangular element to the proper right, this foot slightly loose and could be strengthen. The armchair is still sound and stable. The underside of both armchairs with replaced screws. The armchairs have been reupholstered recently in an elegant taupe grey velvet and the upholstery is in very good condition with minor wear and very light surface soiling consistent with age and gentle use. A very elegant pair of armchairs, ready to use. En suite with lots 66 and 67.
