Overall very good condition. The walnut has minor rubbing, scuffs and faint scratches consistent with age and gentle use. The top presents with two to three hairlines within the knots as is very typical for works by Nakashima and inherent at the time of production (and is visible in the catalogue illustration). The outer edge with a few light scratches (longest is approx. 6 in.) and not visually obtrusive. A characteristic work by Nakashima, the bench presents very well overall.
